Optional audience measurement

If AXIQORA later supplies an expressly approved Google Analytics 4 measurement identifier, the website asks whether you wish to allow anonymous website insights. Google Analytics does not load unless you choose Allow website insights. Choosing Continue without insights loads no Google audience-measurement code.

Your choice

Your choice is stored locally in your browser so the website can remember it. No option is preselected. Clearing this website’s local browser information removes that remembered choice.

Information excluded

AXIQORA prohibits names, email addresses, telephone numbers, invitation details, client information, property details, offer terms and transaction information from public-site audience measurement. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled.

Purpose and retention

Permitted audience measurement is used only to understand public-page visits and improve the clarity of the website. The exact AXIQORA-owned measurement property, access list and retention period must be selected and privacy-reviewed before a measurement identifier is supplied. No measurement identifier is selected in this local development edition.

Private AXIQORA access

The Partner Circle and transaction workspace are separate from this public website. They are not included in public website audience measurement and remain outside public search results.

Invitation-only demonstration access is intended for participants connecting from Canada. Authenticated users who hold a current AXIQORA licence may use only their expressly granted capabilities while travelling outside Canada. Approved founder access follows the same authenticated travel principle. Travel does not expand a licence, role, organization, workspace or permission, and expired, suspended or revoked access remains unavailable.

Professional records and retention

A brokerage, law practice or other authorized professional organization remains responsible for determining and approving the retention schedule that applies to its professional records. AXIQORA does not select a universal legal retention period and does not replace the organization’s records officer, legal advice or professional obligations.

For an authorized customer, AXIQORA is designed to provide the mechanisms that help apply the customer’s approved instructions: preservation, integrity history, restricted access, backup, recovery, export, legal hold, disposition review and proof of an authorized records operation. AXIQORA remains responsible for protecting the service and faithfully applying accepted customer instructions. Records are not automatically deleted merely because a review date has arrived.
