The problem worth solving

The forms matter. But the transaction lives between them.

It lives in conversations, client instructions, property facts, deadlines, professional judgment and the trust between people. When that context is scattered, an agent has to reconstruct the transaction before deciding what to do. AXIQORA is being built so the work remains understandable from the first client conversation to brokerage-file completion.

“Real estate moves forward when people understand one another—and trust the next decision.”

Built from inside the work

AXIQORA began from founder Michael Houlder’s experience as an Ontario real estate professional: too much consequential work is hidden between documents, disconnected tools and repeated entry. The response is not to remove professional judgment. It is to give that judgment better context.

Clear about where we stand

What you can review today—and what still requires a relationship.

01 · Working private demonstration

What can be proven today

  • Guided Ontario residential resale Buyer and Seller openings
  • Offer, counter, acceptance, deposit, condition and closing journeys

  • Contextual practice records and brokerage-file review using demonstration information
02 · Authority required

What requires an authorized relationship

  • Current licensed Ontario forms from the provider expressly selected by the brokerage or professional
  • A connected-provider or governed brokerage-managed document handoff
  • Board, MLS, property, verification, signing and delivery results from their authorized sources
  • Brokerage requirements and approval authority
03 · Next responsible work

What happens next

  • Review the complete journey with Ontario agents and brokerages
  • Prove the same transaction contract with each candidate authorized provider
  • Prove the brokerage-managed handoff where no direct connection exists
  • Advance only after privacy, legal, security, brokerage and provider review

A practical brokerage review

Do not take our word for it. Measure the work.

AXIQORA’s private walkthrough is designed so a brokerage can evaluate the transaction journey against its own policies and forms. These are evaluation measures—not claimed results.

Built through responsible relationships

Every trusted contribution has a defined place.

AXIQORA is building a provider-neutral marketplace boundary for Ontario professionals, teams, brokerages, real estate boards, authorized forms providers, property-information providers, client-verification providers and transaction-signing services. The brokerage or accountable professional chooses the provider; AXIQORA does not appoint one by default.

Agents and teams

Brokerages

Keep provider choice with the accountable practice.

Authorized providers

Connect through one accountable transaction boundary.

Explore a permission-led handoff for forms, property information, verification, signing or delivery. A connected service, brokerage-managed handoff or marketplace relationship is never presumed before approval, agreement and working acceptance evidence.Discuss a relationship

Trust needs evidence

Professional judgment remains in control.

AXIQORA is not legal advice, a replacement for brokerage oversight or an authority to make professional decisions. Licensed forms remain with the authorized provider expressly selected by the brokerage or professional; AXIQORA carries confirmed transaction context and reconciles what returns.

  • Private demonstrations use demonstration information—not real clients.
  • The public website does not collect transaction information.
  • No provider, form, edition or document route is chosen automatically.
  • Development, partner review and future live environments remain separate.
